QC Digital Signature gives registered Joomla users a streamlined private area for preparing, sending, tracking, and completing electronic-signature requests without forcing signers to create Joomla accounts. Registered users can upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file to create a reusable template, place fields in the visual multi-page builder, assign saved Contacts, and send secure signing links immediately. They can track invitation delivery, views, signatures, reminders, cancellations, and completion from clear Unsigned and Completed request managers. When signing is finished, QC Digital Signature creates one protected, immutable completed PDF with an appended Audit Trail for download, email delivery, and resend. With Max, administrators can also set monthly signature-request allowances by Joomla user group, making it possible to control usage by membership level, customer plan, department, or other group-based access model—including sites that sell or bundle access to electronic-signature services.QC Digital Signature - Basic
