1. About QuantaCade

QuantaCade is an online arcade rewards platform. Users may play games, create an account, purchase memberships, earn platform points, appear on leaderboards, unlock achievements, enter giveaways, and participate in other site features as they become available.

QuantaCade points, badges, rankings, and other in-platform rewards are for entertainment, engagement, and promotional purposes only. They are not cash, currency, stored value, gift cards, securities, or financial instruments.

2. Account Registration

Some features require a Joomla-based QuantaCade account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to manipulate game results, abuse rewards, interfere with the site, or create risk for QuantaCade or other users.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuantaCade. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use QuantaCade only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

QuantaCade is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the site or submit personal information if you are under 13.

4. Memberships and Payments

QuantaCade may offer paid membership plans. Membership features, prices, billing periods, benefits, and availability may change over time.

Payments are processed through PayPal or other third-party payment providers. By purchasing a membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the plan terms presented at checkout.

Existing Joomla users may subscribe without creating a duplicate account. New user registration through checkout may be added or expanded over time.

5. Recurring Billing, Cancellation, and Access

If you purchase a recurring membership, your membership may renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel future recurring billing according to the cancellation tools made available through QuantaCade, PayPal, or the applicable payment provider. Canceling future billing does not necessarily refund past charges.

Membership access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

QuantaCade may update a user’s membership status based on payment status, cancellation, failed payment, chargeback, refund, fraud review, administrative action, or other subscription lifecycle events.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, membership payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments. Providing a refund in one case does not require us to provide refunds in other cases.

7. Games, Points, Leaderboards, and Rewards

QuantaCade games may include guest/demo play, logged-in non-reward play, and member reward-eligible play.

Only accounts with active QuantaCade membership access may be eligible to earn validated points, leaderboard entries, badges, giveaway entries, or other reward-linked benefits.

Game scores, points, and leaderboard entries may be subject to server validation, anti-cheat review, fraud detection, replay checks, session review, and administrative adjustment.

We may reject, reverse, reduce, suspend, or remove points, scores, badges, leaderboard entries, giveaway entries, or rewards if we believe they were earned through error, exploit, automation, cheating, abuse, manipulation, account sharing, unauthorized tools, or violation of these Terms.

QuantaCade points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged outside the platform unless we expressly provide a specific redemption or promotional process.

8. Giveaways and Promotions

QuantaCade may offer giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions. Each giveaway or promotion may have its own rules, eligibility requirements, entry conditions, dates, prize details, winner selection method, and claim process.

Giveaway participation may require an account, active membership, validated gameplay, or other eligibility conditions.

If you win a giveaway, you may be required to respond through the QuantaCade claim/contact system, provide information needed to verify eligibility, and comply with the applicable giveaway rules.

Failure to respond, failure to verify eligibility, suspected fraud, or violation of giveaway rules may result in forfeiture or selection of an alternate winner.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores, or interfere with game validation.
• Use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, traffic manipulation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized tools.
• Submit false game events, fake scores, fake reward claims, or altered gameplay data.
• Attempt to bypass membership, payment, access, or reward controls.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, spam, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse site data without permission.
• Use QuantaCade for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.

We may use security tools, gameplay validation, honeypot checks, decoy events, logs, session tokens, IP/device data, and other anti-abuse methods to detect suspicious activity.

10. User Content and Communications

QuantaCade may allow users to post forum content, support messages, giveaway claim messages, profile information, comments, or other communications.

You are responsible for content you submit. You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, private, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting content, you grant QuantaCade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, moderate, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate the site.

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

11. Site Availability and Changes

QuantaCade is under active development. We may add, remove, modify, test, disable, or reset features, games, memberships, rewards, points, leaderboards, giveaways, or account tools at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any game or feature, or preservation of all scores, logs, points, or rankings.

12. Intellectual Property

QuantaCade, including its name, design, graphics, text, code, layouts, game concepts, branding, and site features, is owned by QuantaCade or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit QuantaCade content except as permitted by us in writing.

13. Third-Party Services

QuantaCade may use third-party services such as PayPal, hosting providers, analytics, email delivery services, security tools, or embedded content. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. Disclaimers

QuantaCade is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantaCade and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of points, loss of rewards, lost profits, or interruption of use.

Our total liability for any claim related to QuantaCade will not exceed the amount you paid to QuantaCade in the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantaCade from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to QuantaCade at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused rewards, manipulated gameplay, or used the site improperly.

You may stop using QuantaCade at any time.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County/State], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
